We would like to ensure you a pleasant and relaxing stay at the Central Pension. Please respect the following rules and regulations so that we can create a relaxing environment for all our guests.
The HOTEL SCHEDULE applies to all guests staying at the guesthouse.
Booking
Reservations are always made online – by email, through an accommodation broker. After booking, the voucher will include ALFRED the contact details of our online receptionist, where you can check in from home before arriving at our guesthouse.
In Hungary, all arriving guests are required to scan their ID or passport and address card into a central accommodation registration system using an online document scanner. Without this we are not able to give you a room key!
The guest will pay the total amount of the reservation and other charges (IFA, parking, breakfast, etc.) in advance by bank transfer on the basis of an invoice.
Login / Logout:
Accommodation is available from 14.00 on the day of arrival until 10.00 on the day of departure. For an extra charge, it is possible to book earlier or to stay longer on the day of departure. In both cases, prior arrangement is required (early arrival, late departure at extra charge, subject to availability.)
No refund will be given for early departure of the booked date.
The accommodation is available only for the number of persons stated in the reservation.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the pension. If you are expecting visitors, please let us know in advance.
The guest house has a self-check-in system. On the day of arrival, the key to the guesthouse and the room key card are placed in an external safe, which can be collected at any time after 14:00. A unique code will be generated for each arriving guest for the external safe.
Please leave the rooms by 10 am. When leaving, please leave your keys on the table by the entrance to the guest house.
Information on payment
Please pay the total price of the accommodation in advance! Please indicate your VAT invoice request in advance!
Parking use:
The car park is closed, but not guarded. The parking area is subject to the current traffic regulations. The speed limit is 5 km/h. The car park gate is not locked and guests can open and close it manually.
Smoking:
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN THE WHOLE AREA OF THE PENSION!
BREAKING THE SMOKING RULES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVACUATION FROM THE ACCOMMODATION!
Places designated for smoking:
The terrace at the entrance of the pension and the small terrace on the first floor of the pension.
We kindly ask our guests who smoke not to litter the courtyard and the whole area of the guesthouse, but to collect the cigarette butts and put them in the bins/ashbins.
Use of rooms, furnishings:
Please use the furnishings as intended!
It is forbidden to take out of the house the furniture and equipment of the rooms, including towels, blankets, bed linen, remote control, etc.
We shall not be liable for any material damage or accidents resulting from the improper use of the building and its equipment and accessories.
Upon check-out, rooms will be inspected and any damage caused will be reimbursed to the guest.
If you notice any malfunction, please report it immediately, we are not able to accept any subsequent complaints.
Furniture may be rearranged only with the owner’s consent.
It is forbidden to bring or store flammable or explosive materials, transport equipment (bicycles, motorbikes, etc.) in the guest house and rooms.
In the event of loss of the room keys, the Guest is obliged to inform us immediately and to reimburse the costs involved (unlocking the door, changing the lock, etc.)
We cannot be held responsible for personal valuables, money, jewellery etc. left unattended.
Please do not eat in the rooms (beds). Please do this only in the kitchenette and on the tables in the corridor.
Please close the windows when using the air conditioning.
Other services on request:
– baby equipment (cot, high chair, bath tub);
– iron and ironing board;
– hair dryer
Always turn off the water, turn off the lights, air conditioning and close the windows when leaving the room. When leaving, please leave the rooms in the same condition as when you arrived, as the final cleaning included in the price is not a general cleaning. Otherwise an extra charge of 10 000 HUF per room will be made.
Catering
Room: rooms do not have a kitchen. Please do not eat in the rooms, but only in the kitchenette and at the tables in the corridor.
Do not put any metal objects in the microwave in the kitchenette.
If you have booked breakfast, you will find your breakfast in the fridge in the kitchenette between 8.00 and 10.00 in the morning. For take-away breakfast packs, your breakfast pack will be prepared in the fridge the night before. Breakfast is always placed in the box, plate or bag with the room number. After using the kitchenette, please leave the utensils clean and put the daily garbage and food waste in the garbage can in the kitchen.
Cleaning
The rooms are clean and tidy, if there is a problem with cleanliness please let us know, we cannot accept any complaints afterwards. We do not clean the rooms during your stay, we only empty the bins and refill the toilet paper and soap dispenser.
For longer stays in the pension, cleaning is once a week, bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. If you need to change towels or bed linen in between, please let us know.
Eye replacement, treatment
Household rubbish can be collected in the bins in the bathrooms in the rooms or in the kitchenette bin. Rubbish is removed daily by cleaners from the rooms and the kitchenette. Garbage should not be left in corridors, behind doors or in communal areas.
Fire protection:
All Guests are obliged to comply with the fire safety regulations. A diagram of the escape route can be found on the inside of the room entrance door.
Other:
Free WiFi is available in the building. Password is on the information sheet.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
We cannot accept pets for hygiene reasons.
Valuables left in the room can be kept for 2 months and will be posted to the address provided if notified within the specified time.
To ensure the peace and quiet of guests and neighbours, no noise, music or music playing is permitted in the rooms or on the premises between 22:00 and 08:00.
Please note that the property cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by events beyond its control (e.g. natural disasters, hail, fire, power outages, damage to parking spaces, etc.).
The host reserves the right to refuse to accept guests who misbehave or do not respect the house rules, and to immediately remove them from the accommodation.
